Tlmočenie podujatí dostupných na tomto portáli buď vo forme priameho prenosu alebo záznamu slúži na uľahčenie komunikácie s občanmi, a nie je autentickým záznamom vystúpenia rečníka. Za autentické sa považuje len vystúpenie rečníka v pôvodnom jazyku. Voči Európskej komisii a jej tlmočníckemu útvaru (GR pre tlmočenie) nie je možné uplatňovať zodpovednosť za žiadne škody alebo straty, ktoré vznikli v dôsledku využitia tlmočenia do ktoréhokoľvek jazyka.
